In the haulier information section you can track the status of your container through the terminals in real time , whether it’s an import collection or export/empty container by using your container number or select from the list of containers you have recently viewed, you can see detailed information about your container with your five stages tracking progress bar you can see its status or its journey through the terminals by setting  up a notifications for your container the MyPort AICT app will send you automatic status updates. Every time your container status changes, these notifications will appear on your phone’s home screen.

The Shipping Information section provides vessel status information. Allowing you to keep track of vessels arriving and departing from the terminals. It’s easy to set up notifications simply swipe left to follow your chosen vessel. A flag indicates the vessel is being followed. You will then receive automatic notifications as the vessel progresses. You can still tap on a vessel to find out more.

You can also access the follow function within the vessel information.  You can follow one vessel at a time, tapping the bar will automatically unfollow previous vessels. Within the activate notifications section, any containers or vessels you are following will be listed. Enabling you to manage notifications and email alerts.
